I got scammed too by chinaecharts too my order was different to what i got in post SCAMMERS
damn! I ordered a tablet-pc chinaecarts.com. Only the next day I noticed all these forums on the internet saying that the seller is a scam. I tried to quit the bank transaction but it was too late … I just received from chinaecarts email a link for tracking the package. So they sent something I think. I expect anything but not what I ordered ..
I did not think of a scam because I ordered an item of Chinese brand (GREFU). I would not have taken the risk of ordering an item known brand (Apple or otherwise) because I was afraid of the scam.
Someone, after harassing the seller has still received what he ordered?

I got what i ordered it is a clone so did not expect the exact preformance of the genuine item
i write to them and they told me everything about price and location,how does it works with post and how to pay.
i said them iam a business man and you should give me all information about your company because if it is with much benefit my people will come there!
From that day they doesnt write me anymore….
so make this trick with other scammers and you can see are they or not safe people!

I also was scammed, I bought a Onda VI40 with 10inch wirless keyboard case and received Zethink C91 with wired case 9,7 inches. They don’t want to answer me to any email o contact direct until I don’t use some proxy for trick them (hehe) and surprise surprise, they take my support direct contact instantly ¬¬.
Today after harasing someone called Lucky for at least 2 h (using a fake ip, xD) they answered me that the this key/covercase is “wired”, the C91 also is a good tablet and have 1gb ram (512 really), 16 gb (less than 8), etc… And when they have enought of me she said that they contact me about the replacament as soon as possible via email (without knowing what email I have =_=).
I don’t thin thts going to work but al least im going to press them until I have some answer and advertise other people about what a scam is their shop.

I’ve been scammed by CHINAECARTS i brought a windows tablet, got a android tablet took me two months to get hold of them. Sent it back as requested and it was delivered and they didnot collect it now they are saying its been lost, and said to me that i will have to sort it out my end! I’ve said to them you sent the wrong item not me and showed them picture’s too of item i got just not interested in anything i say. I have had legal advice from a friend he is seeing what can be done about about CHINAECARTS scamming UK people.
I also cheated buy the supplier which is sell Iphone 4s for 230$. His name is Anas Ramadhan. The sales manager of Cellcom Communications LTD. They sell Apple products with the very cheap prices. So They give me their western union details and I sent them 280$ (230 for cell phone 50$ for shipping). After sending the money they send me that we cannot deliver one unit you must send additional 250$ and we will send you 5 units free. Do not believe the suppliers like Anas Ramadhan. They are fake, They just thieft the money from the people. But I do not have any experience about chineecart. I want to buy from them Goapple. after reading these comment I have some doubts.
They argue that from Hong Kong, and their company is registered there. But they are not in the official website (http://www.icris.cr.gov.hk/csci/), check on their behalf. 100% scams.

I paid for a Goophone x1 (155€) and they sent me some HTC G22 clone (79€). They told me that it was a mistake and to return the phone so they can send me the right one or make a refund, also they offer to made a refund for 100USD difference in price.
I didn´t believe a word so i choose the 100USD refund and of course they gave me nothing.
I get what i deserved for being a fool cause i allready know about them before i made the order, stupid mistake, so if you are thinking that it would not happend to you think twice, there is plenty of sites to order the same products, choose anyone but this one.
Commissioned in late April 2012 zopo zp200. Instead, ordered the phone in the package in its original box from HTC EVO 3D (?), The phone was “B72M Andriod 2.3.5 MTK6573” with a faint inscription on the back cover “Zopo”. Of course they immediately unsubscribed. Long silence, then asked to return their phone. After receiving his general store has stopped all possible communication. TOTALLY SCAMMERS!!! I bought an iPhone 4S in january 2012 and received on fake !!! After 3 days it have been damaged! Dont buy from this seller!! Before order, item was available as advertised and in stock. Made the order, but suddenly Gray color no longer available and DHL delivery for battery operated devices no longer available in my country (very surprising and highly unlikely). Ended up with registered mail which took forever (more than a month).
Returning back the units would not be economical so instead ask for a refund for the difference in price. Refund means credit to your chinaecarts account….not to your bank account. After what happened so far, I don’t think so..pointless.

Chinaecarts Is the Biggest Scam . I paid 350 $ for a Mobile phone even if the phone cost 348 $, i decide to send them 350$… i paid 2 days ago to receive the phone by DHL, even now my order is still processing and they dont respond to my emails… i know i have been scammed… :(((((

Well now im sad to say that i am one of those casualties too … I bought a phone from them but the customs lady said that if its a clone we will confiscate it and you will have to pay tax on top so what i did i send the phone back to them and asked if i could get a refund but they refused and begged me not to send it back to them because China customs will destroy the phone and they will have a lot of taxes … so since they said no to refund i have sent it back and now today i get a message from them claiming they got my phone back and that i have to pay them for these expenses so that they can send me a new phone, but i said no and that they should pay me back for all the shit… and that the last reply i got from them so far
we not accept refund any more,we always try our best to help you out,you pay 140USD for return to hongkong fees,20USD for netherlands post fees,total 160USD,after that we ship phones to you.this is the best we can do,also the only we can do.

I have no power to get your money back as I too was cheated years and years ago. Let’s just hope that the future buyer will do a research before they buy. I’ve learned my lesson the hard way too.
